Controlled Aggression
Usually tame, with the ability to drive aggressively when the situation calls for it.
What kind of driving style do I prefer when I’m riding with friends?
I’d probably say controlled aggression. I want a driver who is very calm and tame by default. But when the situation calls for it, they have the ability to drive quickly and even aggressively if necessary.
Someone who only knows how to drive tamely might not be able to handle that change. When they’re forced to drive aggressively, they might crash.
I think this is one example of a broader quality I admire in people: being calm, with another gear available when it’s needed.
